My Very First Everrrrr ACEO

I got so wrapped up in making my first ACEO a couple of years ago that it had layer upon layer upon layer of varnish and paper and paint and beads and ribbon and... believe it or not, I even got a piece of an orange bag in there! It's true! See that red mesh stuff behind the butterfly? That would be it.

Over the last two years, I've tried photographing this ACEO and scanning it, but it never turned out right because of all the varnish. Finally, here it is! And I think it's still one of my top 3 favorite ACEOs that I've made so far. Enjoy!

ACEOs are extremely fun and affordable to make and collect. And the only rule? They have to be 2.5 x 3.5 inches. How easy is that?!? And yet challenging, too! I've even seen that rule bent on occasion with things hanging off, overlapping, and shooting out from that 2.5 x 3.5 inches.
